MomentusBliss 30-Day Refund Policy

At MomentusBliss, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our fitness planners and want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

Our Commitment

We offer a 30-day refund policy on damaged fitness planners. If your planner arrives damaged or defective, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important: We Do Not Accept Returns

Please note that we do not accept physical returns of products. Once you receive your fitness planner, it remains yours. We only offer refunds for damaged or defective items as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The planner arrived physically damaged (torn pages, broken binding, crushed cover)
  • The planner has printing defects (missing pages, blank pages, smudged text)
  • The spiral binding is broken or defective
  • The cover is damaged or detached

NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color preference (not liking the selected color)
  • Size expectations (the dimensions are clearly listed in the product description)
  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Damage caused by customer after delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at momentusbliss@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Describe the damage clearly
  4. Attach clear photos showing the damage (this is required for all refund requests)

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • No need to return the damaged item - keep it or dispose of it

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please inspect your planner upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any damage.
